The Weston Library is the home for the Bodleian Libraries’ special collections: archives, manuscripts, rare books, maps, printed ephemera and other specialist material.
Catalogues
Many of our special collection catalogues are online. You can also find published and typescript catalogues on the open shelves in the relevant reading rooms.
All printed books, printed music scores and printed maps are catalogued on SOLO, which provides locations for books available on the open shelves. Plans of the open shelves are available in each reading room. Open-shelf books cannot be reserved.
