We are happy to help with any questions about using the Bodleian Libraries for your academic study or research, from understanding your reading list and finding items to helping you with passwords and access to ebooks and journals.

Our working days are Monday to Friday, except for Easter and Christmas to New Year when the libraries are closed.

Response time

We aim to respond to queries within 5 working days. More complex enquiries may take longer to answer. In all cases, we will respond within 10 full working days of receiving your enquiry.

We are not able to undertake detailed research on your behalf.
