Accessibility
The Sainsbury Library is accessible by lift or stairs, and there are accessible toilets on every floor of the building, as well as self-opening doors – activated by a special access card – if required.
Assistive animals are welcome in the library.
The front of the building can be reached either by a ramp (entrance to your right as you face the front of the building) or by wide, shallow stairs. Please contact reception (+44 (0) 1865 288800, reception@sbs.ac.uk) if you require parking.
The library desk is fitted with a hearing loop. The library has wide aisles and open spaces. If you have difficulty finding your way or getting books from top shelves, please ask a member of staff who will be happy to assist you.
The University Access Guide also has detailed information about the accessibility features of the Saïd Business School and the library.
